1. Select your Items

Begin on the individual Coffee or Tea page of whatever you’d like delivered regularly. For Coffee, select your preferred grind. Then choose “Subscribe & Save,” and select how often you’d like it delivered — every 2 weeks, 4 weeks, or 8 weeks — before adding it to your cart. If you enjoy more than one coffee, simply repeat this step for each item.

Subscriptions begin with a minimum of three delivery cycles. This helps us plan our roasting thoughtfully and maintain the steady quality and pricing our subscribers rely on.

2. Review your cart

In your cart, you’ll see the subscription price already reflected in each item. Your subscription savings are built directly into that price, so there won’t be a separate discount line at checkout. From there, complete your order just as you would any Ohori’s purchase. If your subscription is being shipped, we’ll roast, pack, and send it out. If you’ve chosen in-store pick-up, your order will be prepared at our St. Francis location:1098 1/2 South St. Francis Drive (at Pen Road), Santa Fe. We pack orders within 24 hours (except on Sundays), and you’ll receive an email as soon as your order is ready. To ensure everything is prepared and waiting for you, please wait for that confirmation before coming by.

3. Make Changes Anytime

After your first subscription order, you’ll have full access to your personal subscription portal. There, you can pause a shipment, adjust the timing, swap coffees, or update payment details whenever you need to. We’ve designed it to be simple and flexible — so your coffee arrives the way you like it, on a schedule that works for you.

Managing your subscription

After your first Ohori’s subscription order, all of your future orders will process automatically, based on the frequency you select at checkout.

Once we receive your subscription order, we’ll send you an email with a link to our subscription manager, which you can use to:

  • Change your Coffee or Tea selection
  • Update your order frequency
  • Skip an upcoming shipment
  • Update your shipping information
  • Update your billing information

After three billing cycles, you can also:

  • Place your subscription on hold or cancel

Shipping and pick-up

We ship Ohori’s subscription orders by UPS and USPS to anywhere in the United States. Just add your shipping details at checkout, and we’ll get your subscription started.

If you’d rather pick up your subscription order, choose Pick-up at checkout, and visit our Saint Francis store to fulfill your order, after you receive the email confirmation:

Subscriptions FAQ

What Coffees, Teas, and merchandise are included in a subscription?

All of Ohori’s Coffees, Teas, and filters are available by subscription, and you can choose any product you normally purchase in a standard order. After your first subscription order, you can update your selections at any time.

How do I start a subscription order?

Visit the product page of the item you’d like to receive regularly. Select “Subscribe & Save,” choose your preferred delivery frequency, and then click “Add to Cart.”

You may add multiple subscription items to your cart. If they share the same delivery schedule (for example, 4 weeks), they will ship together.

How often can I receive my subscription orders?

You can choose to have your subscription processed every 2 weeks, 4 weeks, or 8 weeks. We’ll fulfill your future orders based on the frequency you select at checkout.

Can I change or pause my subscription after it begins?

Of course! After your first subscription order, you’ll receive an email with a link to Ohori’s subscription manager, where you can: update your Coffee or Tea selection, change your subscription frequency, skip a shipment, and put a hold on your subscription.

We require 3 billing cycles to qualify for a subscription.

How does shipping and pick-up work for subscription orders?

You can choose UPS or USPS shipping anywhere in the U.S., or select Pick-up at checkout, and pick up your subscription from our St. Francis location (1098 1/2 South St. Francis Drive, Santa Fe).
